Community Guidelines

• The Community enables traders and followers to communicate so followers can make informed choices about whom to follow.
• Traders may share professional insights; followers may ask questions and compare approaches to decide whom to follow.
• Information shared by partners, institutions or users is not warranted by Followme for accuracy or reliability. Each publisher is responsible for their content and outcomes.
• Content from official Followme accounts represents Followme’s stance. All other content reflects personal views only.
• “Points” refers to the community reputation and reward system governed by Followme policies.

• The Community is primarily for financial-investment content, including experience, strategies, research, market analysis, and related discussions. Active and constructive participation is encouraged.

Users may share personal trading experiences, technical analysis, educational commentary, or market opinions, provided such content is clearly presented as personal opinion or for educational purposes only. However, soliciting funds, offering account management services, guaranteeing profits or returns, or directing users to off-platform paid trading groups, investment schemes, or similar activities is strictly prohibited.

To protect users, maintain a safe and healthy community environment, and comply with applicable laws and regulations, the following conduct and content are prohibited. Enforcement actions are outlined in Clause 5.

• Abuse & incivility: Insults, harassment, hate/discrimination, obscenity, or uncivil language.
• Illegal or harmful content: Content that violates laws or endangers users or Followme.
• Spam & disruption: Repetitive or irrelevant posting, spam advertising, or interference with others.
• Unapproved advertising: Unsolicited promotional or sales content.
• Sexual/violent content: Obscenity, exploitation, violence, or crime advocacy.
• Infringement & malware: Violations of IP, privacy, or distribution of harmful code.
• Account presentation: Profiles containing prohibited content must be corrected or face penalties.
• Rights violations: Infringing content may be restricted, removed, or lead to account penalties.
• Repetitive posting: Duplicate content may be removed and penalised.
• Unapproved external marketing: Posting external contacts, QR codes, or promotions without approval is prohibited.
• Coordinated manipulation: Activities to gain unfair advantage or harm the Community are prohibited and may result in account action and points recovery.

• All users may express opinions, but each post represents the author’s personal position. Investment decisions must be made independently. Only official Followme accounts represent the platform’s stance.

• Actions may include content removal, visibility limits, warnings, mute, suspension, account disablement, or POINTS recovery.
• Mute restricts posting, commenting, liking, and profile editing while browsing remains available.
• Mute durations may include warning, 3-day, 7-day, 15-day, 30-day, or permanent.
• Followme may escalate penalties for repeat or severe violations and may notify authorities where required.

• Report violations via the in-app Report function. Moderators will review and take appropriate action.
• To appeal, email [email protected] with your account ID, relevant content, and justification. Followme will review and respond promptly.

• Third-party links are provided for convenience only. Followme does not control or guarantee their content and assumes no responsibility for their use.

• Non-commercial reuse of Community content must include attribution: “Source: Followme”. Copyright complaints should be submitted with supporting documentation for review.

• This Code of Conduct may be updated. Material changes will be posted on the Followme Community and take effect upon publication unless otherwise stated.
