1. Minimum Age
  • Users must be at least 18 years old to register or access the Followme platform.
2. Identity Verification (KYC)
  • Process: Users must complete electronic KYC by submitting a government-issued ID, selfie liveness check, and proof of address.
  • Screening: Accounts are screened against OFAC, EU, UN, and Malaysian sanctions lists. Matches are rejected.
  • Re-verification: Followme may request re-verification based on risk triggers such as large withdrawals or unusual activity.
3. Age-Restricted Features
  • Adult Content: Explicit sexual content is prohibited. 
  • Leveraged Trading Tools: Access is granted only to verified adults who have acknowledged additional risk warnings.
  • Creator Earnings: Successful KYC verification is required before payouts are processed.
4. Under-Age Accounts
  • If an account is identified as belonging to a minor, Followme will suspend access, refund eligible balances, and delete personal data except for compliance records.
5. Privacy & Data Retention
  • KYC documents are encrypted, stored securely, and retained for up to 7 years or as required by AML regulations.
6. Parental Reporting
  • Parents or guardians may report under-age accounts by contacting [email protected] with proof of relationship.
7. Non-Compliance
  • Failure to complete KYC within 14 days will result in account restriction. Providing falsified documents may lead to termination and legal action.
